Stop Building On Rented Land: Own Your Data And Online Systems

When it comes to my business and lifestyle, I speak a lot about scenarios. I develop, maintain, and optimize tons of scenarios pretty much every single day. In the past, we even had things called ‘pipelines’.

I don’t remember the exact names of all the pipelines, but I recall an early version of what’s now make.com (it used to be called Integromat) that allowed for basic automation. These pipelines could read RSS feeds and send the content directly to your email. Very basic, but incredibly effective for that time, which was more than ten years ago.

The Problem: Wasted Effort on Repetitive Tasks

I remember walking into an office once where eight employees were spending their entire day ‘nose against the screen,’ looking for the latest listings and other information. All those tasks could have been optimized using a simple pipeline to read RSS feeds and drop the content directly into their email boxes.

This is the era we live in now. People still spend countless hours on repetitive tasks that could easily be automated. Many business owners, especially offline ones, think they just need to make ‘a little bit of money to live and pay rent.’ This is a sad perspective, as it limits their potential and ties them down.

The Solution: Embrace Automation & AI

I always say: scrutinize your own daily work structure. Why? Because while old pipelines were good, we now live in the age of AI. I’ve talked about Google Business AI agents before—they’re insane! They represent a totally different level of automation.

I’m currently in the upscaling phase of my businesses across multiple countries. This involves cutting off segments of work processes, optimizing existing ones, and actually cutting down on a lot of unnecessary scenarios. For example, I started this year with over 110 basic scenarios. Now, I’ve narrowed them down to 21 highly in-depth, optimized scenarios. I even give these away to people who download my work structure!

Thanks to AI, a lot of things can be sped up. Every day, I create and distribute over 250 pieces of social media content across multiple industries, growing audiences everywhere. If I, as one person, can scrutinize and constantly optimize my work structure (I do this obsessively 18 hours a day), then anyone can start!

Filter & Focus on Value

Many people repeat the same tasks constantly. I once listened to a franchise owner with over 12 locations constantly repeating the same information on phone calls—stuff that could easily be automated. Some people say, ‘Yeah, but we need a little bit of human connection.’ That’s fine until you operate at a higher level.

People aren’t waiting for small talk like ‘How are your children doing?’ They want value. Filter your conversations! Set up a very tiny survey asking: Are you a person or a business? What do you want? Just filter the whole shebang. Google is increasingly pushing people to use search agents that look for businesses with business agents installed, so they can ‘speak’ with each other. This is the most logical and basic explanation for these agents.

I build tons of agents. At one point, the person with the business agent and the person with the website but no business agent—trust me, we distribute hundreds of leads within a few weeks. One single business agent can be distributed to tons of platforms with tons of pieces of daily content through QR codes and links. It’s go-time!

My Approach: Obsession, Not Motivation

Sometimes, it takes me 18 hours to set up one working, in-depth scenario. That includes optimizing the copy for batches of 50 YouTube Shorts, rolling out YouTube videos, and rotating the copy. I even calculate all the costs: for less than 10 cents a day, you can distribute tons and tons of content!

All the work structures and scenarios I give away (which will also be publicly available for every civilian on this planet) are born from this obsessive work. I always say, I’m doing this obsessively. I have nothing to sell to a normal human being. I give everything away.

This is my way to serve the planet for the next 52 years (I’m almost 48, so I have 52 years left). I also help tons of businesses for free. The thing is, and I know a lot of people think, ‘How do you make the money then?’ I work with ‘mini whales’—people who own businesses, who have already failed in business, people who are ‘all in’ 24/7. They do sleep, but their focus is running their businesses.

Summary: Your Path to Freedom

If you give something away for free, some might think you’re doing a ‘sneaky upsell.’ No, I have nothing to sell to a normal civilian or a normal business owner, because they haven’t built a resilient mindset yet. It’s better to set yourself free first.

I’m giving away these work structures so you can start on day one. Dedicate 15 minutes a day for the first 30 days. If you can’t maintain 15 minutes a day, you’re not ‘into it’—it’s better to keep your job. That’s what I always say, with the highest level of respect.

I’m always trying to filter people. People who see the value in what I’m saying and sharing for free, they’re going to put in the work. The youngest person I’ve seen doing this is 14, and they’re already making more money than an adult with a normal job. My stuff is totally out of the ordinary; you won’t see other people teaching this way. I only speak, I give everything away for free, and I have nothing to sell to a normal civilian.

There are no sneaky ‘side things’ here. The tiny, mini-percentage of people who see the value reach out. They ask, ‘What do you think about the earnings of this project? What could we optimize?’ I give them a commission on the upsells. That’s how it works. That’s simply not me ‘scouring’ for opportunities; I decline tons because I look at the person behind the business.

How many years are they in the game? People who are just starting out: I’m more than willing to speak with them, always. But there needs to be some sort of energy, some sort of effort. If someone just reaches out saying, ‘Hi, how are you doing?’ I’m not going to respond. I’m also not going to automate a response. Why? Because that’s time-consuming, and it says something about their perspective on the world. If you want something, you don’t say ‘Hi, how are you doing?’ You say, ‘Hey, I’ve been busy for more than 90 days, every single day I spend around 4-5 hours, totally obsessed with it, and I fail constantly. Here are the solutions I’ve tried, and everything failed. Let’s talk.’

That’s how much, that’s how it works. My livestreams are now more focused on people who have already worked with the work structures, who are already making money. I’m just giving updates, so I don’t have to send out WhatsApps, emails, and all that kind of stuff. Just a little bit of information is always good. That’s it for now. Ciao for now!
