I’m tired, but excited! My day started quarter past two because I was so enthusiastic about a lot of stuff. I was introducing my live streams, saying I’m using Restream, and that we’re live on YouTube and Kick. So, I’m going to finish this beer, and then I’m going in! In case some people think I look a little bit tired, the thing is, you couldn’t be more right! Today my day started at quarter past two because I was so excited about a lot of stuff.
The Problem: Living a Life of Limitation and Disconnection
Many of us find ourselves in situations where we feel bound by societal norms, past experiences, or even self-imposed limitations. We might chase after material wealth, thinking it will bring happiness, or shy away from new opportunities because we fear judgment or failure. This often leads to a life where we’re not truly authentic, where our connections are superficial, and where we miss out on genuine growth.
I spoke about my past in the groceries business in Holland, calling it a ‘grey area’. While I’m not in that business anymore, the point isn’t about hiding things. The truth always comes out eventually. The real issue is when we operate from a place of fear or shame. In my eyes, everything is pretty normal, except, you know, anything that costs other people their lives. I’m certainly not getting into that topic.
A big problem I see is that many people go into relationships, like the ‘marriage boat’, too fast, without truly understanding themselves or their partner. They mistakenly believe in unconditional loyalty, only to find out there are limits. When things get tough, they don’t see it as a challenge but as ‘trouble’, and they tend to give up or retreat.
I’m 47, and I’ve learned that most people believe they have a lot to lose because they lack the experience to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs. They haven’t built a ‘solid network’ and instead rely on what I call ‘family on rent’, which offers conditional support. When I lost everything at 30, nobody asked how I was doing. My actual family members are dead and gone, so I had to rely on myself and my chosen network.
Another issue is the misuse or underutilization of tools. Instead of learning to leverage technology for personal growth and freedom, many resort to passive consumption or even unethical practices, like buying ‘squeezed-out courses’ that promise wealth but deliver little. This creates a ‘slavery model’ where people are constantly chasing short-term gains without truly claiming their time or taking charge of their lives.
The Solution: Embrace Reality, Build Your Network, and Live Authentically
1. Be Real and Transparent
I believe in being as real as possible. Whether it’s about my past or my current endeavors, I don’t sugarcoat things. This authenticity creates genuine connections. Don’t hide your experiences; learn from them. If people inquire with genuine intent, I’ll share what I know, always with the best intentions. My live streams are ‘way much more casual’ because they are about raw, unedited life.
2. Transform Challenges into Growth
Life will throw curveballs, but I choose to see them as ‘challenges’ rather than ‘trouble’. Every difficult situation I’ve faced has made me stronger. If you’re still alive after going through something tough, you’ve survived, and those experiences have challenged you to grow. What I’m telling you is, view hardships as opportunities for resilience.
3. Leverage Technology for Freedom
I’m constantly live streaming from my Samsung S23, which has the DeX option. I connect it to a portable screen, and now I literally walk around with a full Windows environment in my pocket. This gives me the ‘freedom of movement’. I don’t have to be tied to one place, and I can create content or work from anywhere. This is about claiming your time and getting in charge of your life, not being a victim of a ‘slavery model’ that relies on short-term ‘money chasing’. Install Revolut on your phone, and you don’t even need cash! Just saying, leverage the tools available to you.
4. Cultivate a Strong Human Network
I meet more people than most Bulgarians do, and it’s not about bragging. It’s about genuine human interaction. When you meet someone new, observe your own feelings, your body language, your tonality, and your relaxation. Practice duplicating this authentic interaction, and you’ll build meaningful relationships. I believe humans should see more humanity in another human being. Don’t be afraid to connect; most people who are ‘money chasers’ are generally short-term thinkers, and they miss out on the deeper value of human connection.
5. Embrace the Present and Take Action
The past is ‘dead and gone’, as I always say. Don’t overthink; focus on the present moment and take action. I believe in thinking things through but not ‘overthinking’. Once you have a plan, execute it. I plan to live stream 2 to 4 hours a day, showing you reality and humanity as I experience it. The beauty of life is in taking action, creating value, and inspiring others, whether it’s through my work structures or simply showing up as myself.
Summary: Your Journey to an Authentic and Empowered Life
Life’s greatest lessons come from embracing authenticity, transforming challenges into growth, and building genuine human connections. By leveraging available tools, staying true to your values, and taking decisive action, you can move beyond limitations and create a fulfilling life on your own terms. It’s about being real, staying grounded, and always seeking to understand the ‘why’ behind everything.
